With F350 COUNTER SC it is possible to count and batch reliably all type of cards even dark, white or transparent cards and guarantee counting accuracy which cannot be achieved by optical counters. Also, differently from the optical counters, F350 can split the cards into batches of preset quantities (or even variable quantities with an accessory).

This video shows the OCR sequence checking by F350 VISION on a security product (telephone cards). The feeder starts reading the first number and then checks further products numbers against the sequence calculated based on a pace entered by the operator into the touch screen. In case that one product is outside the sequence F350 VISION stops with an alarm while the last number of the sequence is displayed on the touch screen.

The software can be customised depending on the actual requirements.
