Feeding and checking sheets of labels in plastic transparent folders
The videos shows the feeding and counting of sheets of adhesive labels contained in transparent folders . The codes on the adhesive labels can be read by F350 VISION for checking purpose and stored in the machine memory for further download by the user.
Application:
Counting full envelopes and scanning the 2D codes
The friction feeder and counter F350 COUNTER SC can scan count and batch envelopes and scan 2D codes. Here a video recorded on the earlier version F230. The scanned codes are stored into the machine memory for downloading by the user.It is possible also to check a code sequence starting from the first code read and based on a pace entered by the user into the touch screen. Or else it is possible to check the codes against a template.
It is also possible to feed envelopes with variable thickness (within the machine tolerances).
The purpose is to check mailing fulfilment.
