F350 MARKER SC – Automatic Friction Feeder with Integrated Marker

The F350 MARKER SC is a marking and feeding solution based on the professional Friction Feeder “F350 COUNTER SC” plus an integrated  modern Thermal Inkjet Marker capable to print fixed or variable data with a maximum resolution of 600 DPI and a print height of max 25,4 mm with 1 head or up to max 76 mm with printing 3 heads.

In paricular F350 Marker represents a compact and cost effective solution for marking on many types of substrates. The system can be completed by optional outfeed conveyors and /or collection trays for convenient use.

Applications : Feeding, Counting and Marking products with Codes and Texts like

  • Pharmaceutical cartons
  • Envelopes
  • Lottery tickets and labels
  • Food cartons and containers.

  • Various computer BMP patterns can be printed, and various fonts can be downloaded from the computer.
  • Suitable for various material surfaces (PE, PET, OPP, PVC, steel, plastic pipes, glass, wood, cardboard boxes, ceramic tile fabrics, etc.)
  • Double nozzle design allows for manual switching to the other nozzle or automatic ink compensation when printing quality decreases.

The F350 range of friction feeders with OCS (Opposing Cantilever Shaft) Technology has great advantages that can be summarized below:
1. Easy replacement of the feeding belts in a 3 minutes. (this is a periodic operation required on all friction feeders)
2. Adjustment of the width of the feeding and exit belts in a few seconds.
3. Differentiated speed of the ejection belts for optimal separation.
