F350 VISION SC – Automatic Friction Feeder with Integrated Scanner

The F350 VISION SC  integrates a professional friction feeder and sheet feeder with a scanner vision sensor and specialised software in a flexible and easy-to-use machine for the most popular barcode, datamatrix and OCR scanning applications or compliance verification for flat products such as labels, coupons, envelopes, lottery tickets, pharmaceutical cartons.

KEY FEATURES:

  1. OCS Technology allows an easy and fast change of format, also solves the problem of periodic belt replacement, simplifying the operation and reducing machine downtime without the need for specialised technicians.
  2. High performance readers can be provided to detect all common families of 1D and 2D barcodes
  3. The vision scanner can be installed on the machine or on the outfeed  conveyor with optional ejection of defective product

The F350 Range with OCS Technology

The F350 range of friction feeders are equipped with theOCS (Opposing Cantilever Shaft) Technology.

The F350 COUNTER SC friction feeder can be used for the complete lines for scanning and marking. This innovative model is the result of continuous development and over 40 years of experience in the industry.

The other standard models are the F350 VISION SC, including the friction feeder and an optical scanner and the F350 MARKER SC, including the feeder plus an integrated inkjet marker.

Technical Specifications

A full range of sensors is available to suit the speed, reading range and distance required by the product. Other applications include: OCR and dimensional inspection, image analysis (shape/colour), conformity verification (presence/absence of features).
Since F350 VISION SC is controlled by a PLC, it is possible to adapt the machine’s programming code to the logic of the application.
