B.MATIC is proud to introduce a new way to create Packaging Feeding Lines with feeders able to meet the specific needs of the market. With these systems you can exploit the full benefits of our F350 Friction Feeders with OCS Technology.
In practice, the lines are composed on request using pre-assembled modules made with aluminum profiles, used for the various necessary functions.
The Modular Lines are extremely flexible, adaptable and implementable to your needs, usable not only in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food sectors, but also in Security in Converting and in other sectors.

F350 Friction Feeders & OCS Technology
F350 is a very flexible feeder for products with a minimum width of 35 mm and a maximum width of 350 mm, in addition size adjustment is very easy without the need for tools, in a few seconds. It is an industrial machine with the mechanical parts CNC machined for durability and no plastic components except the knobs.
Maintenance of the machine is simplified with OCS technology that allows the belts to be changed quickly in about 3 minutes. All friction feeders have to change belts periodically and this operation can take a lot of time and specialized personnel in other feeders on the market.
It is possible to integrate F350 with professional high-definition ink and laser markers for printing variable data on products, or with industrial smart cameras for reading 1D/2D codes or text, or for optical inspection.
The F350 L version has a long outlet where both a smart camera and an inkjet marker can be housed to make a compact and economical line for marking and/or scanning products.
B.MATIC can provide complete lines with outfeed conveyor belts, product inspection stations, and collection trays or stackers, suitable for the most demanding marking and inspection applications. Software can be customized according to the required application.
