Our F350 Friction Feeders, equipped with unique OCS Technology are able to count, sort and feed a variety of product types on which we can scan text, barcode / QR code and print variable data.

F350 is a very flexible feeder for products with a minimum width of 35 mm and a maximum width of 350 mm. Size adjustment is very easy without the need for tools, in a few seconds.

F350 is an industrial machine with the mechanical parts CNC machined for durability and no plastic components except the knobs.

Maintenance of the machine is simplified with OCS technology that allows the belts to be changed quickly in about 3 minutes. All friction feeders have to change belts periodically, and this operation can take a lot of time and specialized personnel in other feeders on the market.

It is possible to integrate F350 with professional high-definition inkjet markers for printing variable data on products, or with industrial smart cameras for reading 1D/2D codes or text, or for optical inspection.

The F350 L version has a long outlet where both a smart camera and an inkjet marker can be housed to make a compact and economical line for marking and/or scanning products.

B.MATIC can provide complete lines with outfeed conveyor belts, product inspection stations, and collection trays or stackers, suitable for the most demanding marking and inspection applications. Software can be customized according to the required application.

The FK model is an industrial feeder offering good value for money and very interesting features. It is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen, an industrial PLC, length control to prevent adjacent and overlapping sheets, and increased speed on the output conveyor for optimal sheet feeding. It is available in 5 types with specific features for products of different dimensions. The table on the right shows the detailed technical specifications.
