Protec ADR32 CM2 , the new Table-top Sheets Counting Machine is a concentrate of quality and reliability. Our products provide increased productivity and are reliable thanks to nearly 40 years of industry experience building a worldwide network of dealers and service technicians. The compactness of the CM does not affect the ADR32 counting technology that can count quickly without scratching or bending the corner. It is possible to count from 40 to 500 gsm , in some versions, with a maximum speed of 2400 sheets/min .

We always make a point of briefly explaining our “Twin Vacuum Blades” counting system: a pair of suction blades working in synchronous motion rotate in circular motion to move and count one sheet after another. Using only air to move the sheets during counting preserves it intact as before. ADR32 counting technology does not stop even when faced with more difficult materials such as plastic, mixed paper and plastic, and value cards.

The New CM Tabletop Sheet Counting Machine is a tabletop model that can be supplied with flag inserter, platforms up to 70X100 cm. and base. Ideal solution for low to medium count volumes, and for working in-line with cutters. Suitable for use in small offices and printing centers.

The structure of the PROTEC ADR 32 CM sheet counter

– The structure of the PROTEC ADR 32 CM table-top is made entirely of steel and ensures rigidity and low vibration, with table tops up to 70×100 cm.
– PROTEC ADR 32 CM with the Base (optional) can be easily moved with a standard pallet truck and is equipped with sturdy feet with anti-vibration rubber to ensure stable support. We adopted this system because we believe that machines on wheels do not guarantee stable positioning and are therefore inappropriate for sheet counting.
– PROTEC ADR 32 CM has large and precise aligners that enable easy alignment of even large reams. With smaller aligners, operators’ work becomes considerably more complicated.
– It is possible to load reams up to 200 mm high; we defined this maximum value to avoid excessive efforts and alignment difficulties for operators: according to our tests, handling taller reams actually reduces productivity.
– Although it is not a high-volume machine, it possesses steel and not wooden tables.
– With the Base (optional) the 880 mm table height in the PROTEC ADR 32 CM is perfectly level for industrial guillotines and joggers. The paper table with lower table heights forces operators to constantly lift the stacks to move them.
