TAB-IN MDX(MSX) tab inserter is the basic TAB-IN line item, a mechanical inserter driven by external pulse.

Tab feeding is triggered by external system with 230/ 110 VAC.

Application by pedestal or fixing bracket.

Accurate insertion thanks to “double ribbing” technology impressing side ribs on the tabs to keep them straight.

Tape rolls 200 Mt long for less frequent tape replacements.

Can be applied on many type of machines:

  • printing machine with high or low pile
  • web and sheetfed
  • die cutters, coating machines, plasticators
  • bag production machines

A double rib is stamped on the outfeed flag to ensure straight and precise feeding from first to last, “DOUBLE RIBBING” technology. Powerful AC motor for timely belt feeding.

MINIMUM WEAR OF CUTTING SYSTEM

The new 2013 ROTOCUT is made with a thick ground and treated steel frame and a compact body for minimal wear.
Levered pull system for greater shear force and to reduce bending and consequently significantly reduce pull cable wear.

LOWER PILE DEFORMATION IN CASE OF FREQUENT INSERTION

With 80 GSM tape inserts the deformation of the pile will be lower than with thicker tape inserts.

FLEXIBILITY

When installation space is limited, the coil holder can be rotated or even detached from the main body and attached separately.
Installation with various types of sensor and pulse cable. Angled and vertical positioning, side, front and from behind.
Optional steel spout can be easily shortened to 100 mm intervals (standard 500 mm).

Tape guide without cover, the tape runs along internal grooves.
Single robust aluminium cast CNC machined. Extremely resistant to external impacts. Open channel for a prompt inspection and fitted with an effectvie anti-jamming device to reduce the maintenance time.
