• The supporting structure. The structure of the PROTEC ADR 32 TH2 is made up of steel parts which guarantee sturdiness, rigidity and low vibrations, for this reason we have chosen not to use commercial aluminum structural elements.
• The table. The table of the sheet counting machines can bear heavy loads which can cause wear and tear, for this reason the PROTEC ADR 32 TH2 does not use wooden and/or plastic platforms, but uses a 2m blowing table. made of 8 cm thick stainless steel. The table of the PROTEC ADR 32 TH2 is predisposed for the application of lateral extensions which bring it to a length of 3 meters. The height of the table is 880 mm and is perfectly leveled to be placed alongside industrial guillotines and joggers. Lower table heights force operators to lift stacks to move them.
• Additional knock-ups included. PROTEC ADR 32 TH2 has two lateral bars, one to the right and one to the left of the counting area, which make work easier and allow you to easily align reams of large formats before inserting them into the counting area.
• Machine handling. PROTEC ADR 32 TH2 can be easily moved with a normal pallet truck and is equipped with 4 sturdy feet with anti-vibration rubber which guarantee stable support. We have adopted this system because we believe that wheeled machines do not guarantee stable positioning and are therefore inadequate for sheet counting.
• Ream height In the PROTEC ADR 32 TH2 it is possible to load reams up to 200 mm high, we have defined this maximum value to avoid excessive efforts and alignment difficulties for the operators; moreover, according to our tests, handling reams higher than 10 cm reduces real productivity.
• Safety. We believe that safety is very important for this reason all moving parts are protected by steel casings with safety switches for doors compliant with CE standards.
• Quality components. All our machines are equipped only with high quality mechanical and electronic components, which are easily replaceable.
• Communication. New high definition touch screens, with USB and Ethernet ports.
• Software. New icon software with extended functionality and built-in diagnostics.
