F350 COUNTER SC friction feeder can count reliably and batch the pharmaceutical pouches even if they show non uniform thickness. Via an optional code scanner it is possible to scan codes on top and record their data into a memory in the machine for future download. It is also possible to verify the codes sequence.

The F350 COUNTER can be integrated with extenbral smart cameras for product inspection purposes. In this video it is shown feeding a compact line to check the quality for bandaids. The external smart camera can communicate with the F350 COUNTER via a pulse cable to stop the machine in case of non conformity.
