With a great experience in sheets counting and friction feeding since 1986, B.Matic has created this friction feeder equipped with OCS (Opposite Cantilever Shafts) technology.
The main advantages of OCS are summarized below:
1. Easy replacement of the feeding belts in 3 minutes (a periodic operation required on all friction feeders).
2. Adjustment of the position of the feeding and exit belts in a few seconds.
3. Differentiated speed of the exit belts for optimal separation.
4. The axial movements are carried out on recirculating ball guides with graduated scales.
