Due to high demand from our customers worldwide, B.MATIC has drawn on its extensive experience in the field to create F350 Lines: inkjet marking and scanning lines with the F350 COUNTER SC friction peeler for flat products.

The friction feeder, which allows for quick adjustment of product format without the need for tools, is the necessary basis for ensuring accurate and reliable product feeding. OCS technology also solves the problem of periodic belt replacement, simplifying the operation and reducing machine downtime without the need for specialised technicians.

• The line can also include an industrial inkjet marker, for example for printing batch numbers and expiry dates, and one or more industrial scanners for reading barcodes/matrix codes or text.
• The line can also include an inspection chamber with a PC for scanner configuration and monitoring.
• APPLICATIONS: In general, flat products such as labels, boxes, folded leaflets, lottery tickets, and sachets can be processed.

The ‘F350 COUNTER SC’ leafleting machine can be used as a stand-alone machine for counting and dividing batches or as a product feeder on external pulse-activated packaging lines.
